We want you to love your Baoshida eyewear. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be in original condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories included. Prescription glasses can also be returned within 30 days if you're not satisfied with the fit or style.
How to Return or Exchange
1. Initiate Return
Log into your account and select the order you want to return. Click 'Request Return' and select the reason for return.
2. Print Label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print it and attach it to your package.
3. Ship Package
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. Keep the tracking number for your records.
4. Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.

- Eyeglasses (prescription and non-prescription)
- Sunglasses
- Accessories (cases, cleaning kits)
- Unopened contact lenses
Non-Eligible Items
- •Items worn or damaged by customer
- •Items without original packaging
- •Opened contact lenses (unless defective)

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We offer free exchanges within 30 days. Simply initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the item you want.
If the exchange is due to a defect or our error, we'll cover all shipping costs and send your replacement immediately.
